Principal Property Practitioner of Garden Route Coastal Properties, is Jennifer Bands. A law graduate of the University of Pretoria, Jennifer relocated to the Garden Route in 2012 after spending 11 years in the USA. She is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa, is a qualified family mediator and has also completed training in life coaching. Jennifer has a passion for training and strives to equip the practitioners of her agency with the skills to deliver the best possible experience to clients - both buyers and sellers alike. Garden Route Coastal Properties is a real estate career dream come true for Jennifer. Her vision is to redefine the reputation of the property practitioner as that of a trusted advisor; there to guide clients of all stages of life through this life changing experience - with the focus on always doing the right thing.
